Cancellation Policy
Booking, Cancellation, and Waitlist Policies for Class Booking at The Prime Gang Effective Date: 01 June 2024 Booking Policy: Advance Booking: - Classes can be booked up to 7 days in advance. - All bookings are subject to availability and on a first-come, first-served basis. Confirmation: - Upon successful booking, you will receive a confirmation email with the class details. - Please ensure that your contact information is up to date to receive timely notifications. Payment (Pay per class) - Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. Cancellation Policy - Cancellation by Member: Cancellations must be made at least 1 hour before the class start time to receive a full refund or session balance. - Cancellations made within 1 hour of the class start time will not be eligible for a refund or class credit. Cancellation by The Prime Gang: - In the event of a class cancellation by The Prime Gang, you will be notified as soon as possible. - You will have the option to reschedule for another class or receive a full refund/session balance. No-Show Policy: - If you do not show up for a booked class and fail to cancel within the specified time frame, the session will be considered used, and no refund or class credit will be issued. Waitlist Policy Joining the Waitlist: - If a class is fully booked, you can join the waitlist. - Waitlisted members will be notified via email or text message if a spot becomes available. Notification and Response: - When a spot opens up, waitlisted members will be notified on a first-come, first-served basis. Cancellation of Waitlisted Spots: - If you no longer wish to remain on the waitlist, please remove yourself from the waitlist through your account or by contacting us.
